Without a doubt graffiti nowadays is a form of artistic expression 🎨Street art transformed the city into a gigantic outdoor exhibit. Bowery, Bronx, Lower East Side, Bushwick… You name it. ☝️However, not every graffiti is artsy, like those that seen in the photo. In my opinion, it is still better than nothing for it gives a face and recognition to those shabby houses in Chinatown 🙌🏼
